Space for a longer face-to-face valve is available.

Both valve types are available in: Cast Carbon Steel (ASTM A216 WCB/WCC) for high-temperature service. Stainless Steel (ASTM A351 CF8/CF8M) for corrosive service. Bronze (ASTM B62) for low-pressure water/steam. Duplex/Super Duplex for aggressive seawater or chloride environments.

Installation and Maintenance Tips

Gate Valve: Install with the stem vertical or horizontal (not upside down). Do not use for throttling. Perform periodic exercise to prevent seizure. Monitor for stem packing leaks.

Globe Valve: Pay attention to flow direction — most globe valves are unidirectional (check the arrow on the body). Install with the pressure on the disc side for easier opening. For Y-pattern globe valves, pressure drop is significantly reduced.
